About Dr. Land

Adam D. Land, M.D., is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in adult reconstructive surgery. Dr. Land and his team are dedicated to creating a customized care plan that is tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Land graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering from Mercer University, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He then earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Mercer University School of Medicine. He went on to complete an orthopedic surgery internship and residency training at Summa Health System, and he received additional training with an adult reconstructive surgery fellowship with Emory Healthcare.

At Total Joint Specialists, Dr. Land specializes in direct anterior hip replacement, revision hip and knee replacement, total and partial knee replacement, robotic knee replacement, arthroscopic knee surgery as well as nonsurgical treatments.

In his spare time, Dr. Land enjoys traveling, cooking, playing piano and guitar, and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking as well as spending time with his wife and kids.
