I always feel like dr. Statton is listening to what I am saying. Instead of being on the computer during the visit, he is listening and not multi tasking. He has a nurse that is on the computer . This makes me feel like my issues are important to him ...

Excellent care, but you send out WAY to many emails. You over communicate to a fault. Cut back on the surveys and emails.

I have never been taken as good of care a i have with my knee replacement. The care team. Have answered all questions. My knee has hardly been in any pain. And Dr DeCook is one amazing Dr. Wish he was our president.

By far the best medical experience of my life. I had a total hip replacement. The entire TEAM provided me the best care that I have been given any where hands down. Dr. Naylor couldn’t have been more professional through out my entire process. I was extremely over weight, he referred me to the Northside medical weight loss folks. They to are awesome. I am down 101 pounds to date and now want to lose 80-100 more now that I can walk again. Please keep in mind my hips were in such bad shape I couldn’t work out and still lost the weight that Dr. Naylor told me in order to have the surgical process safely. They are going to do my other hip here in the very near future. I am looking forward to working with this care team and Dr. Naylor.I promise you. you need to attend the class prior to surgery excellent information provided.
